Q1 Workshop Recap: Mastering Real Estate Reviews for Long-Term Success

Our Q1 Workshop was another example of that commitment, packed with valuable insights and actionable takeaways to help our agents grow their business.

The main topic? Real estate reviews—a powerful yet often overlooked tool that strengthens client relationships and generates repeat business. We were honored to welcome Eric Thompson, President of Ninja Coaching, who shared expert best practices for conducting meaningful real estate reviews that provide value, build trust, and position agents as the go-to resource for their clients.

To bring these concepts to life, our agent panels took the stage to break down their own real estate review strategies. They shared what they send, how they structure their reviews, and the impact these simple yet effective touchpoints have had on their business growth.

Beyond reviews, this workshop also reinforced the goals set at last year’s Q3 Business Planning Workshop. Staying accountable and consistent is key, and this session provided agents with the motivation and tools to keep their 2025 business plans on track.
