 It's hard to believe we just celebrated Madison's 15th Annual Holiday Party! The Holiday Party is one of our favorite ways to show appreciation for our brokers and staff. This event is one of the ways we continue to build culture, and it's hard not to feel the love and support everyone has for one another and the company. In the words of our Founder, Todd Narlinger, it's "always fun, never stuffy, because that's how we roll, especially when you work with the best people!" 
We laughed, and we cried (tears of joy) all night long! The food was delicious and the ugly sweater competition was fierce. As we took time to reflect on all that we shared and accomplished this year, we could not be more grateful for all of our brokers and staff for making Madison & Co. such a wonderful place to work.
