With the Denver resale market being so competitive, many home buyers are thinking that a new build may be the way to go. Just Remember: It's always a good idea to use a buyer's agent (REALTOR®), even with a new build.

That super-nice salesperson in the model home works for the builder and doesn’t have your best interest at heart. At the end of the day, their loyalty lies with the builder.

 

But don't worry! You can still have someone to look out for your best interests, and it won't cost you a penny. Just like sellers of a resale home, the builders are responsible for paying the buyers’ agent.
