I was raised in a construction family, where hard hats were normal dinner-table conversation and job sites were my classroom. Our work took us all over the country, but Colorado was always home. I eventually returned to finish school at Westminster High School, graduating with honors in architecture and interior design — already drawn to how spaces come together, how homes are built, and how people live inside them.

That curiosity followed me straight into the housing industry.

In 1998, a friend introduced me to Joel Ripmaster. What started as a conversation quickly became a career — and more importantly, a partnership that has now spanned decades. From day one, Joel welcomed me like family, and together we built not just systems and teams, but a culture grounded in trust, creativity, and doing things the right way.

Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats — operations, training, compliance, marketing, and everything in between — but my heart has always lived at the intersection of process and people. I went on to further my education in Graphic Design at Front Range Community College, which opened the door to a creative chapter I still treasure. I’ve designed logos, floorplans, price sheets, elevation brochures, and marketing materials for builders and agents alike — helping tell the story behind every home.

After more than two decades alongside Joel, real estate is no longer just my profession — it’s part of who I am. I don’t just support transactions; I support the people behind them, the teams that make them happen, and the vision that keeps us moving forward.
