Tupper began his real estate career in 1973 and over the years has earned every accolade from the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and Mountain Metro Association of Realtors. Now a Realtor Emeritus, he has held CRS, CRB, CMAS, e-Pro, SRES and other designations from NAR. He has been the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Member At Large for the local board of Realtors and is the only broker to be recognized as “Broker of the Year” twice. He has chaired or been a member of the Professional Standards, Grievance and Arbitration committees on the local board. He has taught classes and been a featured speaker at local, state and national Realtor meetings and conventions. He gained notoriety for doubling his production using his unique “Talk to Tupper” marketing campaign and has spoken on achieving success, building teams and organizing offices over the years. Tupper created Tupper’s Team in 1988, before real estate teams were common in the industry, by hand-picking the most experienced, professional group of local brokers to join forces to dominate their local market. While affiliated with the RE/MAX franchise, Tupper’s Team led all other RE/MAX teams in the state of Colorado for 20 straight years.
