I’m Paul Witmer, a Realtor dedicated to helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions—whether that’s buying a first home, finding the perfect place to downsize, or navigating a move into assisted living. I work throughout the Denver area, including North Denver, Arvada, and Longmont, and I take pride in guiding my clients with care, patience, and understanding.

My journey to real estate is deeply personal. After a series of challenges, I made the move from Chicago to Colorado with just my two cats, a few bags of clothes, and a vision for a fresh start. Starting over at 52 taught me resilience and gave me a unique perspective on what it means to support others through major life changes. That experience drives how I work with my clients today—listening closely, anticipating challenges, and helping them move forward with confidence.

Since becoming a Realtor, I’ve been honored to receive recognition such as Rookie of the Year at 5281 EHR, where I also served as a Brand Ambassador. I stay active in professional organizations like BOLO and will soon be part of DMAR, ensuring I stay connected to the latest market trends and resources.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring local coffee houses, visiting mountain towns, and catching live theater performances. I believe life is meant to be lived fully—and I bring that same energy and commitment to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.
