Megan is a Colorado native, born and raised in Arvada. When she’s not showing houses, her Saturdays are usually spent watching her kids’ sporting events, but she also enjoys doing projects around the house, putzing around in her yard and flower gardens, boutique shopping, and coaching volleyball. As a real estate agent, Megan is organized, hard-working, and takes the time to get to know her clients as people. 

Megan has been a realtor since 2015 and holds an MBA, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University. Prior to real estate, Megan worked as an IT project manager for 9 years in several industries, including a prominent shipping company, healthcare, a home builder, and a title company. Megan specializes in bringing her expertise and knowledge from project management to the real estate transaction, from conception to completion, and all the details, including marketing, negotiation, contract management, and communication.

She and her husband Ken have five daughters whom they love to talk about.  In addition to spending time with family and traveling, Megan loves projects. She started flipping houses before it was a trend, and her first one was a house in Colorado Springs, built in 1898. She has moved A LOT in her adult life and loves the opportunity to begin a new chapter.  She is passionate about youth sports, which shows through her role as Athletic Director for Shrine of St. Anne Catholic School and as a board member of a non-profit basketball club.  She loves green chile and enjoys a good meal at Las Delicias Mexican Restaurant. Mojitos and iced tea are her favorite drinks.

Megan’s dad, who passed away in 2020, is a big inspiration in her life. He had grace for people, loved kids and sports, and never met a stranger. He believed in healthy competition for physical, social, and emotional growth. Megan is a caring person who strives to help other people and understand what makes them tick. She loves to laugh and strives to see the best in every situation and genuinely believes that everything happens for a reason.
