With more than twenty years of successful real estate experience along Colorado’s Front Range, Maria is passionate about helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the market, find the perfect home, and achieve the highest possible return on their real estate investments.

A native of New Zealand, Maria found her way to Colorado after meeting her husband, Steve, a Colorado resident. She quickly fell in love with the Boulder area, where they have raised their family across Adams and Boulder Counties.

Before launching her real estate career, Maria served as Divisional Vice President of Sales for a large healthcare company and spent many years in hospitality management. This diverse professional background allows her to deliver corporate-level market analysis, elevated negotiation and management expertise, and true concierge-level service to every client.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
