Liliana was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and moved to the United States at the age of 12. She spent 14 years in South Florida building a career in Event Management, where she developed a love for organization, leadership, and creating meaningful experiences.

In 2019, she relocated to Colorado and discovered a growing interest in real estate. She started at Madison & Company as the Office Concierge at the DTC office, quickly finding her place within the team and the industry. In 2020, she stepped into the role of Operations Manager, where she now focuses on supporting agents, improving processes, and helping the company run smoothly.

Liliana loves the culture at Madison and the opportunity to take on new challenges every day. She’s passionate about helping agents and the company grow, while building strong connections along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find Liliana traveling, taking photos, or exploring Colorado’s outdoors.
