When Karen was in her early twenties, she bought her first home and immediately fell in love with the process. She enjoyed shopping for the perfect place, and enthusiastically began painting, decorating, and making it her own. Becoming a homeowner gave her a sense of security and pride, a feeling she now strives to help others experience.

Karen has been working as a Realtor since 2013. Most of her clients have been graciously referred by friends, satisfied clients, and the military community. She credits her years of working in executive and legal office environments for teaching her the importance of clearly-written contracts, attention to detail and effective communication. She knows that buying and selling real estate is more than just a business transaction. Home is where the heart is, and sometimes things get personal, emotional and complicated. Karen is dedicated to providing her clients with a five-star customer service experience, particularly in the area of communication. This ensures that they are provided with the attention they expect and deserve, during what will likely be the largest purchase of their lives.

As a Colorado native, Karen enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge of Denver metro communities with newcomers and natives alike. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she's trained in the unique home-buying and selling needs of veterans and active service members, most of whom are transferring to and from Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora.
