During this time, I provided professional valuations for thousands of homeowners, gaining a deep understanding of the market and the factors that affect property values. My experience in the appraisal field also led me to participate as a member of the AMC task force with the Colorado Division of Real Estate, where I contributed to the drafting of legislation for the regulation of Appraisal Management Companies. I am proud to be affiliated with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Mile High Exchangors. I also love to travel and enjoy exploring the mountains of Montana and Wyoming.
