It was an absolute pleasure working with Hilarie to purchase our first home here in Colorado! We really appreciated her relaxed style and genuine interest in finding us the home that fit us best. She was always available to answer any questions and concerns and did a great job educating us on the process. I hired Hilarie to sell my house in Castle Rock, CO. I live in California. Hilarie was very thorough, always communicative about what was happening or what was needed. We closed the deal much quicker than I had anticipated. All paperwork was handled by email and e-signed. I recommend her highly and would not hesitate to hire her again.
