As a Realtor and longtime Denver resident, I am deeply invested in the future of our metro area and the health of the places we call home. I have a deep love of urban living balanced with an equally deep respect for land, ecology, and the systems that sustain life. Living and working in Denver for nearly three decades has given me an in-depth understanding of its neighborhoods—not just as markets, but as living communities shaped by how people move, gather, and connect to place.

My interests and work span housing affordability, regenerative and ecological practices in the urban environment, multi-modal mobility, and community-led design that supports more complete, resilient neighborhoods. I am particularly drawn to the ways streets, homes, and public spaces can function as living systems—supporting safety, climate resilience, and quality of life for both people and the more-than-human world. My ability to hold multiple perspectives and engage in thoughtful, sometimes difficult conversations is a benefit to both my clients and the broader community.

I believe that helping clients find homes that align with their values, needs, and long-term goals allows them to build meaningful sweat equity and reach new milestones in real estate—no matter the size of the transaction. Over the past 25 years, I have guided buyers and sellers through hundreds of transactions, taking great pride in the education, strategy, and steady advocacy, I provide. In shifting and complex markets, clients benefit from an agent who can navigate uncertainty with care, negotiate skillfully, and remain a patient, trusted partner throughout the process. This work is especially exciting as more time, energy, and resources are invested in Denver’s evolving neighborhoods.

Beyond real estate, I am actively engaged in my community through leadership roles, committee work, and neighborhood planning and advocacy efforts focused on safer streets, better mobility, and more livable, climate-resilient places. As a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, I hold myself to a high ethical standard and am a Certified Negotiation Expert.

Outside of work, I am an avid walker and trekker who loves exploring neighborhoods on foot, spending time in the garden, and traveling to learn from other places and cultures. For me, life—and good cities—are about balance: between growth and stewardship, movement and rest, home and community.
