For Geoff, real estate has never been just about houses—it has always been about people. Originally from Indiana, Geoff moved to Colorado for grad school, expecting it to be a chapter in his journey; instead, the mountains, sunshine, and beauty of Colorado quickly became home. He lives in Littleton with his wife, Sarah Beth, three-year-old twins, Mac and Callie, with one on the way in December, baby “Coco” (named by the twins)! 

After spending the first chapter of his career as a pastor in church music production, Geoff entered real estate in 2021 with a passion for helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. He didn’t get into real estate because he simply loved homes (though he does - don’t get him started on a classic MCM with update potential). At the end of the day, he loves real estate because he loves people—their stories, their dreams, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in their next chapter. 

Geoff believes that where you live is a sacred decision. A home shapes your relationships, finances, career, free time, and the person you are becoming. When the right home aligns with your values, passions, and goals, it becomes more than a place to live—it becomes a foundation for what’s next.
