I first visited Boulder in 1981when we stopped for 1day following a ski trip to Vail, I looked at my business partner and said “I am moving here”!! Within 1 year, I relocated to Boulder, and started a construction business building solar homes.

I first visited Boulder in 1981when we stopped for 1day following a ski trip to Vail, I looked at my business partner and said “I am moving here”!! Within 1 year, I relocated to Boulder, and started a construction business building solar homes.

We also started a Custom Cabinet Manufacturing business and within 1 year had 22,000 square feet of manufacturing and 42 employees. After selling that business, I was recruited and went to work for Dale Carnegie Training, rising to Vice President of Global Accounts, serving clients in over 72 countries. I still live my life and run my business using the Human Relations Principles that I learned and taught there. 

From there I worked for a smaller Training and Consulting company teaching top level salespeople from clients like Proctor & Gamble, Marriott, Motorola, and Cisco the philosophy of Creating Business Value. This took me to global locations around the world - last count was 31 countries and well over 1.5 million lifetime air miles. I work to create value for my clients every day.

I started my Real Estate Business using my extensive business background for the benefit of my clients. In 2018, I was the #2 agent in my office (of over 130 agents) and was ranked #19 in Colorado (out of over 4,000 agents) for that Brokerage. I am the Head Coach for the Niwot High School Boys and Girls Golf Teams, and was recently named All-Region Coach of the Year. I live in Niwot and have been married for 31 years (to the same woman!) and have 3 children and 2 granddaughters.
