Doug McCartney is a Colorado native with more than two decades of experience purchasing, renovating and selling properties in the Denver Metro area prior to joining Madison & Co. A hands-on entrepreneur who has launched and run three successful companies, Doug works with sellers to create a customized, comprehensive plan for marketing properties. He works closely with buyers to find just the right property, community, price point and amenities. For buyers interested in real estate investment opportunities, Doug specializes in helping identify properties, advising about financing and necessary upgrades, and assessing potential profitability. An avid soccer player and team manager, Doug has been a member of the Colorado Soccer Association for more than 30 years. He enjoys cycling in Colorado's high country, and is an active supporter of the Denver Dumb Friends League.
