Hi, I’m Deborah Fowler — a longtime Niwot resident, community volunteer, and full-time real estate broker with DRF Real Estate – Madison & Co Properties. I’ve lived and worked in this wonderful town since 2008, and helping people find their place here is truly one of my greatest joys.

Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping nearly 300 families buy and sell homes, with just under $330 million in real estate closed. Over the past few years, my business has continued to grow, with more than $250 million sold since 2020 alone. Whether you’re moving up, moving on, or moving in, you can count on steady guidance, local insight, and someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart.

Originally from a small village in Lancashire, England, I bring a global background, strong negotiation skills, and a thoughtful, strategic approach to every transaction. I love helping sellers make their homes shine and supporting buyers as they imagine their next chapter. 

Community is a huge part of my life. I currently serve as President of the Niwot Business Association, Program Director of the Rotary Club of Niwot, President of WINC, Board Chair of the Boulder Symphony, and a Guild Member of Community Food Share. Giving back and staying connected to the people who make Niwot special is truly at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my husband and two grown children, hosting friends for dinner, or enjoying a good game of Euchre or Mahjong.
