Cathy recently returned to Colorado after a thirteen year absence during which time she lived in New Mexico, Utah, Puerto Rico and Pennsylvania. The frequent moves resulted in her learning more and more about purchasing and selling homes and the importance of having a great Realtor to assist with the process. Cathy began her real estate career in Pennsylvania where she worked with clients in the Philadelphia suburbs. Cathy is thrilled to be back in the Denver area where she plans to stay for a very long time! She is very knowledgable of the area and the different communities throughout the front range. Cathy takes pride in making sure her clients are well informed and equipped with all of the facts in order to make confident buying and selling decisions Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband Dan, and their two girls Kate and Ellie. She is originally from Tipperary, Ireland and is passionate about anything Irish, especially sports. She enjoys playing tennis, biking, skiing and golfing.
