Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Carrie began her career with KPMG, transferring to Denver in 1993, where she got her feet wet as Facilities Manager of the Denver office. Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Carrie began her career with KPMG, transferring to Denver in 1993, where she got her feet wet as Facilities Manager of the Denver office. Carrie then moved to the high-tech industry, becoming Facilities Director for 24/7 Media and OneSecure, where she facilitated the buildout and furnishing of thousands of square feet of commercial office space, including data centers. In 2001, Carrie left the high-tech industry behind, and with the love of her life - her husband Gregg (a currently retired Evergreen fire fighter), opened Creative Facility Services Corp., a Project Management company specializing in the planning and setup of commercial office space, which they still own and operate today. In early 2014, Carrie added Residential Real Estate Broker to her repertoire, becoming a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor. Her extensive background in construction and process management, combined with her positive attitude and upbeat personality, helps her clients find their forever home within the peace and serenity of our beautiful mountains, resulting in many returning clients. After living in the Evergreen area for the last 24 years, Carrie and Gregg now live in Conifer with their two rescued pups, Phoenix and Sophie. When they are not renovating their own personal property, you might see them “glamping” somewhere in Colorado, enjoying everything our beautiful state has to offer.
