Dear Mr. Selinfreund,
My wife and I are in the process of relocating to Denver from Massapequa Park, New York.
The Prudential agent who has the primary listing of our present home referred Mr. Narlinger to us as someone who could assist us in locating a residence in Denver.
Mr. Narlinger contacted me while I was still in New York to obtain information regarding the type of house we were interested in. He followed up several times to ensure he has all the pertinent data so that he could identify appropriate homes.
When I arrived in Denver on July 11, 1992, Howard reserved the afternoon for me and showed me seven or so houses that he felt met our requirements. He had spent the previous day researching 18 homes in order to eliminate unnecessary visits.
One of the houses shown that day eventually became the one we went to contract on.
Throughout the process, Howard was knowledgeable, attentive to detail, concerned about our desires and displayed a wonderful attitude. He certainly took a lot of time to ease our concerns and anxieties about such a major move.
