Prior to that, she spent 20 years as a community advocat through a number of non-profit organizations including Junior League, Newborn Hope, National Charity League, and numerous school PTAs. She has carried this priority of serving the community over to her business and she sincerely desires to help people with their "HOMEwork."
As a buyers' agent, Kim searches tirelessly for the appropriate home/financing for her clients, even when the circumstances are difficult such as poor credit ratings, dealing with bank-owned properties, and/or it's a first time home purchase. She treats her clients like family and isn't satisfied until they are settled in their new home.
For her clients selling their homes, Kim has a successful marketing plan that gets the job done. In addition to traditional marketing strategies such as MLS, flyers, postcards, open houses; she is also skilled at staging, landscaping, and creating curb appeal which enhance the selling process.
Kim holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a 5th generation Colorado native. She has lived in Denver, Boulder, Aurora, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs; so she knows Colorado quite well.
She's married with 2 grown children; she loves to play tennis and golf, root for the Denver Broncos and CU Buffs, and continuously remodels her own home.
