As a fourth generation Denver Realtor, Justin grew up watching his mother work tirelessly for her clients and recognized early on that he shared the same passion for Real Estate that his family did before him. At the age of 23 he began his career as a Realtor. As an agent, he and his team have closed over $12 million in volume each year and are frequent recipients of numerous Presidents’ Elite and Presidents’ Circle awards for excellence in service and sales production for CB.Justin Knoll was recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) as the organization’s 2013 Realtor of the Year. He served as president of the Denver Board of Realtors in 2010 and was the DBR’s youngest President in its 120 year history. Knoll served as President of the DMAR in 2011 and was the 2012 Colorado Young Professionals Network Member of the Year. He also served as 2012 Vice President of Law and Policy for the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR), 2013 Metro District VP for CAR, and is the 2013 CAR Young Professionals Network President Elect.Knoll garnered numerous awards for superior sales production at his former real estate company. He joined Madison & Company Properties because of its positive synergy and shared business philosophy. He was also attracted by Madison & Company’s highly productive agents, its focus on advanced technology, and agent support.
He is certified through Ninja Selling, one of the most highly regarded residential sales designations one can achieve and has a vast knowledge of marketing residential properties and negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers. He has a background in investing in Real Estate and is a partner of a family owned Investment Company called Barr Legacy Investments. Justin is committed to the industry and his clients and being an active Realtor truly encompasses his passion for the industry and client care.
He enjoys free time with family, friends and anything to do with sports and cooking…and eating. Justin will try to find a golf course to roam as much as he can and attends as many home team (Denver) sporting events as possible, but he finds himself spending a great majority of my time doing something productive in Real Estate.
