Heather Hankins has lived in Colorado most of her life, growing up in a small town in northern Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado. She has lived and worked in the Denver area since graduating from college and is knowledgeable regarding a wide variety of neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area.

Heather has been involved in the real estate industry for over 16 years. Prior to joining Madison & Company Properties, Heather was a top-producing Sales and Marketing representative for a large, local title company.

Heather was honored with the Affiliate of the Year award from the South Metro Denver Realtor Association in 2005 for her contributions while working in the title industry. Her experience and knowledge of the title insurance side of real estate will help both buyers and sellers through the real estate closing process.
