Todd Narlinger

Todd Narlinger, founder of Madison & Company Properties, is a highly acclaimed, award-winning Realtor throughout the Denver Metro Area. He began his fifteen year career as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Masters, and in 1995 was honored as RE/MAX Masters Rookie of the Year. Since 1998, Todd has sold over $25 million dollars of real estate every year. From 2004 to 2008, Todd was a respected member of RE/MAX’s Platinum Club. In the summer of 2008, Todd founded his own firm, Madison & Company Properties.

Todd has recently been a guest panelist at the Floyd Wickman Master Sales Academy in Las Vegas, NV. The Wickman seminar was attended by more than 2,000 leading real estate professionals.

Michael Turra

Michael Turra is Co Founder and Co Broker-Owner of Madison & Company Properties.  He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 1995.  Upon graduation, Michael moved to Portland, OR where he began his real estate career.   He became a licensed broker associate in August of 1995, focusing on new home construction and sales.

In 1997, Michael returned to Colorado to expand his real estate career.  Working with a mid-sized home builder, he supervised on-site sales and project management of a 120 home subdivision in Parker, Colorado. 

In 1999, Michael partnered with Todd Narlinger (Co Broker Owner of Madison & Company Properties) to form Urban Development, LLC. In the last decade, Urban Development has purchased and redeveloped single family homes, townhomes, multiplexes, and multiple 24-plus unit condo conversions. 

Michael has held a National Class B contractors license since 1999.  As a result, he has supervised and managed hundreds of residential and commercial construction projects.  With his vast knowledge of construction, he is a valuable asset for our property management and investor clients.

After working together for 11 years, Michael’s and Todd’s vision of a full service real estate firm came to life in 2008, with the creation of Madison & Company Properties.

Michael enjoys spending his free time with his family. He coaches both his daughter's soccer and ski teams.

Rob Arnold is a long time Denver resident who has spent his entire professional career in client services across multiple industries. From this experience, he combines both a "dollars and cents" perspective with a "biggest personal investment in one's life" customer service sensibility. Rob has made a significant investment in being able to provide superior real estate services to his clients by obtaining both the National Association of Realtors accredited Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations; the latter designation being held by less than 1% of Colorado realtors. Most recently, Rob has added the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification to his portfolio of NAR accreditation.

Rob is a member of the South Metro Denver Board of Realtors, a volunteer with Habitat For Humanity, and a youth hockey coach with Littleton Hockey Association. Rob, his wife Susan, and their three children live in Castle Pines North in South Denver.

Jennifer Steinert has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 9 years, which includes leasing, property management, and on-site sales. Jennifer started her career in leasing in 1999, which led to property management in late 1999-2008 of almost 200 multifamily units in Denver. Jennifer graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Development.

Prior to joining Madison & Company Properties, Jennifer worked for one of the top ten developers in Denver doing on-site sales and coordinating warranty work for new home buyers.

With Jennifer’s diverse experience in property management, leasing, development, and sales, she offers a unique perspective to her clients.

Misti Turra is a Colorado native who has a great familiarity with the Denver area.  She has an extensive sales and marketing background with various companies, including a position as Marketing Director for 5280 Magazine.  She is very detail oriented and she focuses on providing a valuable and positive working relationship with her clients.

Misti graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Communications and Psychology.  Upon completing her coursework, Misti was awarded membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society of outstanding scholarly work in the liberal arts and sciences.

Heather Hankins has lived in Colorado most of her life, growing up in a small town in northern Colorado.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado.  She has lived and worked in the Denver area since graduating from college and is knowledgeable regarding a wide variety of neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area.

Patricia holds MBA and BSBA degrees from the University of Denver, where she graduated with honors and was awarded the Wall St. Journal and Hamilton Scholar awards by the faculty.  She currently resides in Denver and enjoys the dual season sports of tennis and skiing.

Ron joins Madison & Company Properties after 35 years in the practice of law, retiring from Denver based Holland & Hart where he practiced business, finance and real estate law.  He has been active in professional, community, church and non-profit affairs throughout is career.  Ron was raised in Illinois, receiving his B.A. (cum laude) from Knox College where he was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  He received his J.D. from the University Of Illinois College Of Law.

Ron has called Colorado home since 1970.  He has owned properties in Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and several mountain communities.  He has served and presently serves on several HOA boards of directors.  He brings his intimate knowledge of real estate to buyers and sellers, as well as the entire professional team at Madison & Company Properties.

Kim has been in the real estate business for over 3 years.  Prior to that, she spent 20 years as a community advocat through a number of non-profit organizations including Junior League, Newborn Hope, National Charity League, and numerous school PTAs.  She has carried this priority of serving the community over to her business and she sincerely desires to help people with their "HOMEwork."

As a buyers' agent, Kim searches tirelessly for the appropriate home/financing  for her clients, even when the circumstances are difficult such as poor credit ratings,  dealing with bank-owned properties, and/or it's a first time home purchase.  She treats her clients like family and isn't satisfied until they are settled in their new home.

Kyle Leigh is a Denver native with both an International MBA and a BS in International Business from the University of Denver. After playing an integral part in the university student housing industry, Kyle discovered the shortcomings of the field. Adam's love for real estate began at a young age growing up around the development and investment business in Kansas City. Adam graduated from Kansas State University in 2007, and his sales career began with a medical devices company in Dallas company, where he sold various products to surgeons. After a 2 year stint in Dallas Adam got married and moved with his wife to the beautiful state of Colorado. This is where his real estate career began. In the past year (May 2009 - May 2010) Adam has been the landlord rep for over 4.5 million dollars of commercial real estate and closed several residential transactions. As a Colorado native, I am familiar with this beautiful state and the many outdoor activities it has to offer. I grew up in Parker and I’ve lived in Gunnison, Grand Junction, Ft. Collins, Breckenridge and downtown Denver.  I graduated from Metropolitan College of Denver with a degree in Sports Industry & Operation and a minor in marketing.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent I worked in Customer Service positions across multiple industries including massage, time share reservations, and real estate assistant.  I love the real estate business and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.  Every day is different and the excitement I share with first-time buyers when they close on their new home, and the satisfaction of a seller when they accept an offer, is a very rewarding part of my life. 

Assisting people with one of the largest financial transactions in their lives and doing it well is very important to me.  I love helping buyers achieve their dream of home ownership, and helping sellers move onto the next dream.  I believe the creation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any single transaction. David Turra

David Turra is the Project Manager of construction for many of our properties. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business and a minor in Construction Engineering Management. David began his career in Portland, Oregon as a Project Engineer for a large, nationally renowned contracting company. Two years ago he decided to move to Denver and become more involved in real estate development.

Some of David's work includes the ICON condominium buildings in Capitol Hill and Wash Park at 1107 Elizabeth St and 120 S Pennsylvania St. He has also done many outstanding home renovations throughout the Denver area.

With a wealth of knowledge and an exceptional reputation and history behind him, David is an excellent asset to have whether buying or selling a property. Ken grew up in a family focused on real estate. His background is unique as a former English teacher and college level writing instructor at the Metropolitan State College of Denver. He officially began his career in real estate by locating land and drawing up plans for an office developer in late 2006. That was soon followed by doing marketing and helping lease commercial developments that included big name tenants such as Best Buy and Regal Cinemas for a commercial developer. He made the switch over from commercial to residential real estate because he loves helping people and found it to be much more personal.

Ken graduated from Syracuse University with honors and holds a Masters Degree from Canisius College as well. His approach to real estate is both conventional and what some would consider “outside of the box”, which allows him to work well with a broad spectrum of clients from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. With his background in education and development, he provides a well rounded refreshingly honest perspective to his clients.

Georgia offers her extensive background of income tax reporting and has a vast knowledge of the tax reporting for 1031 exchanges.  Prior to working at Madison & Company, Georgia spent several years as a tax accountant with a local accounting firm, specializing in tax.

A Colorado native, Georgia graduated from Wheat Ridge High School and went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.  Georgia also sat for the CPA exam and passed in 1997.

Jenny has been involved in the real estate market for several years in the area of fix and flips and rental property management.  She is now expanding her business to include residential home sales.  She has lived in Colorado for 16 of the last 20 years, and her knowledge of the area and market is extensive.

She graduated with a BA in History and minor in Spanish from Colorado State University.  She also has a MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of San Francisco.  As a former high school teacher, she looks forward to guiding her clients through the process of home ownership.

My background is in both finance and sales.  I was a stock trader on the institutional side at an investment bank in San Francisco for six years.  I then worked for both Pfizer and Merck in specialty physician sales for six years.  I graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Bachelors Degree in 1995.  This previous education and work experience has given me an edge in negotiation as well as marketing and networking sales. 
I love Denver and am looking forward to living here for the rest of my life.  My husband, Mark, our dog Riley Rose (a sweet Golden Retriever who isn’t very smart), and I live in West Wash Park.  Selling real estate is my dream job, and I love putting happy clients in homes!
